Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google docs and adaptable to learning new technology. Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to hire, supervise and train student staff. Demonstrated experience to successfully work independently, organize own work and coordinate work activities of others. Ability to work collaboratively. Ability to exercise appropriate independent judgment and to consult with supervisor when necessary. Ability to perform multiple tasks with high degree of accuracy and to manage time effectively. Ability to learn basic reporting procedures utilizing current campus technology and databases. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive issues and records. Ability to respond to emergency situations in a calm, effective and professional manner.
