Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries. Interpretsphysicians' prescriptions and creates order, accesses, inputs, and retrievesprescription information from computer system, verifies whether order isreimbursable. Dispenses any or all the following: unit doses, specialtypharmaceuticals and injectable. Communications may be telephonic or inperson.
