He/she will work on our GP products operations and mobilisation team, developing data products to support GP diagnostic wok, opportunity sizing and business case development. The job will involve working directly with pilot customers, as well as developing repeatable, scalable data products to support implementation for future customers. Primary Responsibilities: Measure and Report Financial Impact of Programs Develops full understanding of healthcare programs being measuredIdentifies and implements appropriate analytic approaches/methodologiesExtracts, aggregates and QAs applicable data for measurement purposesPerforms statistical analyses to determine effectiveness of programs (e.g., pre-post analysis, clinical trial results)Works with clinical teams to identify areas of opportunity to drive financial performance of programDevelops conclusions and recommendationsCommunicates results to relevant audiences and incorporates results into healthcare forecasts Perform Healthcare Affordability Analytics Leverages existing and ad-hoc reporting capabilities to identify trends in healthcare performance and opportunities for cost reduction.Extract, aggregate and perform quality assurance on applicable data from multiple sources and tables for purposes of root cause analysis, affordability initiative development, and validation and measurement of cost reduction initiativesPerforms data analytics in support of trend identification, initiative/program development and validation/measurementUses data analytics to identify and gain consensus on approaches to address healthcare cost trends (e.g., contract remediation, benefit design, clinical intervention)Provides ongoing communications on project status, results and conclusions from analyses Perform Financial Forecasting and Trend Analysis Collects and understands historical dataGathers information from other departments on future expectationsForecasts trends and identifies trend driversProvides or distributes forecast reporting for decision makingSupports the bid process for new business, where applicableSupports the month-end close process Perform Standard and Ad hoc Reporting Produces or supports development of monthly scorecards/dashboards (e.g., utilization and performance reports)Designs and implements reports to meet specific customer requirements (e.g., Product, local markets, external customers)Works with IT to build ongoing reporting needs into the production environmentLeverages and coordinate enterprise-wide capabilities to meet business-specific reporting needs
