Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with internal and external partners at all levels.Primary responsibilities include: Draft/review/revise contracts / proposals / documentsAssess risk in business opportunitiesNegotiate terms and conditions of contractsManage / facilitate the contracting processApply systems and technology to administer the contracting processWork closely with legal and business teams to ensure accurate contract languageEstablish and maintain strong business relationships with pharmaceutical companies and internal business partnersAssess and interpret customer needs and requirementsIdentify solutions to non-standard requests and problemsWork with minimal guidance; seek guidance on only the most complex tasksSpecialty RFP support as needed
Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree2+ years healthcare contracting experience 2+ years experience in a network management-related role, such as contracting or provider servicesExperience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)Strong interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and working well with othersStrong customer service skillsStrong reading comprehension skillsStrong communicationExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information from othersPreferred Qualifications:Master's degreeHealthcare, retail pharmacy, or Pharmacy Benefit Management knowledge Already Fortune 6, we are totally focused on innovation and change.
