Reporting to the Senior Director, Off-Campus Programs, and this position will coordinate the operational tasks for the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies to ensure the consistent service to students, faculty and staff. This will include, but is not limited to: provide information to declared Interdisciplinary Studies majors and students seeking information pertaining to Interdisciplinary Studies (ITDS) opportunities; developing and maintaining departmental documents (electronic and hard copy) that articulate departmental requirements and policies; compile and verify student records using all Banner data; sort, file, gather and compile all necessary student records to establish advising files for all declared and perspective students for all ITDS program (Cheney, Spokane, Bellevue, Longview and Online).
Under general direction, perform work using knowledge and experience specific to the department of Interdisciplinary Studies Degree programs. Exercise independent judgment in interpreting and applying rules and regulations. Independently provided information to students, staff, program participants, and/or the public regarding program content, policies, procedures and activities. Have extensive involvement with students, staff, and the public in carrying out Interdisciplinary Studies program activities, and coordinate and schedule program activities within the parameters of department goals/objectives.

Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)
Two years of experience in providing students information regarding undergraduate requirements and recruitment
