Our programs include ISNP, IESNP, TTS, LTC and some D-SNP. The goals of our programs are to improve the overall quality of care, decrease the need for transitions between levels of care (especially avoidable hospitalizations), and to support the member in developing a plan of care consistent with their overall goals of care. The care team for the ISNP program is led by the Advanced Practice Clinician (APC). APC partners with the member's primary care physician (PCP), the member and/or family / authorized representative, and nursing home staff to provide primary / preventive care and personalized care coordination while proactively identifying triggers for acute illness and managing chronic conditionsAs a Senior Clinical Administrative Assistant, you will function as the primary support professional for Complex Care Management clinical team throughout the state of Florida. You will also provide executive support to the members of the Senior Leadership Team through calendar and expense management. The position will act as a Business Segment Liaison who is responsible for onboarding of new clinicians, off boarding of employees, system and software setup and supply ordering. You will work on a team of clinical administrative assistants making teamwork a critical element in your job performance. This is a fast paced working environment that requires the ability to multitask with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills while maintaining a positive attitude. Primary Responsibilities: Key administrative support role and team member supporting up to 80 Optum CCM Clinicians in dynamic and complex environment.Submit and facilitate software requests, Secure requests for access, and purchasing for basic workstation set up.Organize and process expense reports for multiple senior leaders including the Medical Director.Facilitate planning & logistics around onsite and offsite clinical and network events. Manage 2-4 executives calendars.Schedule and set - up resources and technology needed for meetings and events, e.g., conference rooms, catering, WebEx, telepresenceMeeting materials prep, including creation of Optum Day packages and binders for in-person meetings.Review documents and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and quality, and revise as needed.Read incoming mail and triage in priority order, highlighting important items or requests for actionAct as escalation point for technical issues for clinicians in the field.
