Under administrative direction, assists Saint Louis University in achieving its goal of providing an open, diverse and inclusive learning, living and working environment by investigating complaints of discrimination and harassment by and against faculty, staff and students; ensures compliance with University policies, and federal, state and local equal opportunity employment and education laws; develops and facilitates institution-wide training programs and activities related to nondiscrimination and harassment laws and policies (e.g., Title I, Title VII, Title IX); serves in the capacity as a Title IX Deputy Coordinator; assists with the development, review and distribution of the University's Affirmative Action Plan.
