The Brown University Division of Advancement seeks qualified applicants for the position of Program Manager, Class Programs.
The Program Manager of Class Programs promotes the Class Programming mission of Alumni Relations by managing and facilitating class elections, class events and class communications. In addition, the Program Manager delivers high level administration for the Association of Class Leaders Board as well as other alumni volunteer leadership groups, such as class officers . The position also recruits and manages volunteer leaders for assigned reunion classes and designs/delivers class generational programming for 2 decades of classes.
3 - 5 years experience in coordination of event logistics, database management and mailing management
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
Excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage and prioritize competing tasks while meeting all requirements of the job
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, FileMaker, InDesign and/or Publisher, etc. and an ability to adapt to new software packages
1-3 years experience in Alumni Relations or Higher Education, preferred.
