Excellent opportunity for individual to provide administrative assistance to internal and external clients of the Conference Center at the New Jersey Hospital Association.
Position requires customer-focused, detail oriented individual to perform various tasks to ensure customers’ conference and special functions’ experience exceeds their expectations. Primary tasks include the reserving of space, confirming customers’ requirements including room set-up and meal selection. Preparing information brochures for prospective clients, scheduling Conference Center tours and promoting the Conference Center. Position also provides receptionist duties and, on occasion, assists wait-staff. Individual should be proficient in various Microsoft Office applications including word and excel. Excellent customer service required. Previous office experience required, flexibility to work weekends.
