We are currently seeking a Sales Support Manager in our Orlando – Home Office location.
Collaboratively works with Vice President, Sales and Director of Sales to manage contract terms and renewal dates; Respond timely to contractual questions and maintain positive relationships through contract duration; Act as liaison with customer connections team on account issues; Facilitate dispute resolution, ensuring timely evaluation and approval / reconciliation of variations;
Produce sales management reports, dashboards, scorecards and other Management Operations System (MOS) reports;
Manage data-entry and ensure accuracy of tracking for assigned region, to include: pipeline, contacts, sales tracking, etc.;
Manage Customer Action Request (CAR) process for field sales team to maximize their time in the field;
Provide support for operations sales efforts to include, but not limited to, Continuing Education (CE) support coordination and internal/external communications facilitation; Interface with pharmacy operations team to provide support for new accounts, outline account expectations, etc.;
Manage local market trade shows; assign staff to ensure sufficient support; secure resources in coordination with Marketing department;
Provide support to group meetings, agenda development and manage local resources;
Track account purchasing trends and other metrics via various information management systems;
Manage sales of peripheral items to grow and maintain existing customer base;
Ensure compliance with terms and conditions of major contracts; Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.); Meet external reporting requirements; Maintain/manage contract and related data integrity; update / validate as scheduled or required – includes membership and pricing updates; contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents;
Provide outgoing customer contact, achieve established goal of out-bound calls per day; Respond to customer compliments / concerns / complaints; Monitor customer satisfaction through regular surveys;
Perform or assist with any operations and/or special projects, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements; Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies;
Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines;
Perform other related duties as assigned;
Experienced in Customer Service / Sales relationship development and performance tracking;
Bachelor’s Degree or specific relevant work experience required; Master’s Degree preferred;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required; data base maintenance experience preferred;
Special projects and/or project management experience preferred;
Experience in 3rd party billing with managed care or Medicaid preferred; Familiarity with healthcare contract maintenance preferred;
Demonstrated organizational and effective time management skills;
Strong detail orientation and multi-task skills;
Polished verbal and written communication skills with experience in presentation preferred;
Customer focused; team oriented.
