Maintains tracking of insurance and workers compensation certificates for vendors and contractors working for TCCL.
Oversees record keeping related to Credit Card receipts;
Manages contracts with vendors and organizes contract retention and renewals.
Shares responsibilities for Starbucks financial operations, to include accounts payable, bank reconciliation, journal entries and financial statements.
Assists Chief Financial Officer with insurance claim activity.
Attends committee meetings and responsible for taking minutes;
Oversees e-rate program for telecommunication services, Internet access, internal communication and related maintenance;
Completes various surveys throughout the year;
Complies with the Process Activated Training System (PATS) scripts when performing job tasks and making additional contributions to the PATS scripts as necessary to continually ensure all tasks are being performed consistently and with the best practices;
Performs other duties as instructed and assigned.
Advanced knowledge of generally accepted accounting and financial systems, processes and practices;
Knowledge of budgeting process;
Ability to work independently, with a team, and with outside vendors;
Knowledge of computer equipment and relevant software and hardware;
Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Three to five years related experience required;
Or equivalent technical training, education, and/or experience.
