Technical Support Coordination: Tech Support Staff Management: Event Technical Support: Other Responsibilities: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of best practices for utilizing technology in support of academic and event production goals. Significant experience with event production, technology troubleshooting, AV, video conferencing and post production, audio, computer, presentation software and hardware, live sound mixing, stage/theatrical lighting, web streaming. An understanding of instructional techniques and a desire to enhance teaching and learning through the application of technologies. An enthusiasm for working with people in an agile and creative environment. A demonstrated, process oriented thinker, with time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Collaborative leadership abilities. Excellent diplomatic communication skills and the ability to be diplomatic and highly responsive in all interpersonal interactions, prompt response to email and phone inquiries. High tolerance for risk and ambiguity and be able to work effectively under pressure and within a dynamic technical/educational environment.
