The Business Analyst will be responsible for evaluation of requests for new reports, analyses and applications as well as supporting special projects for quality activities, including development of requirements for the requests. All work supports Commercial, Medicare & Medicaid quality improvement programs. Additionally, this role will support process improvement through the identification of data source opportunities for improvement and development of associated action plans. The business analyst team will also serve as liaisons to quality partners for each segment and team. During times of critical need for report production, this position will support those activities as well.
