This is a partner facing role meaning you will be working directly with the operational VP and Associate Directors as well as the Product Director. This role is intended to support our Fully Insured operations and their end-to-end analytical needs. You will help operations understand how their program is running as well as how individual agents are performing. To succeed, you will be responsible for developing reporting and analytical tools. You will also have to work with enterprise reporting capabilities to guide client facing reporting when necessary. You will be expected to perform routine and ad-hoc deep dive analyses to uncover insights critical to success. You will be expected to delve deep into yet unexplored enterprise grade data warehouses using your SQL talents. After all the SQL is written, after all the reports are created, after all the heavy technical lifting, ultimately the purpose of this role is communication and collaboration with our partners. You'll be in charge of hosting bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to leadership up to VP level using what you created. Ideally, the individual who fills this role will become the go-to person for their program support area. It's easy to find a business analyst. It's easy to find project managers.
