Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experienceAdvanced Microsoft Excel and data management skillsAdvanced technical proficiency to build templates, update automation / validation processes and to do extensive Excel data / file manipulationExperience working with large datasets and the ability to identify process logic with numerous exceptionsAttention to detail and accuracy are extremely important to ensure CMS compliance2 or more years of experience in data / financial analysis Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and process improvement recommendationsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to problem solve, while managing multiple priorities and multiple tasks Preferred Qualifications:Access, SQL and other data management experienceMedicare Part D, healthcare industry, or pharmacy technician experienceRxCLAIM experience Careers with OptumRx.
