Primary Responsibilities:Manage a team of New Mexico Community Sales Representatives for the purpose of enabling DSNP (Dual Special Needs Plan) sales working with Community Based Relationships Coach team in the development new Community based relationships for marketing of DSNP products Develops and maintains relationships with the local UHC sales leaders and agents, providers, community leaders and faith based leaders within given community and other local relationships Develop work plans with sales staff and help train and improve sales skills Develop new approach and sales strategies in the community with sales team and management Present product information to CSR teams as well as internal and external customers Conducts and documents ride-alongs with CSR's to ensure overall compliance with CMS and company - wide regulations Hold meetings with team to update on new CMS, company - wide regulations, new products, and disseminate information Maintains inventory and distributes to staff all necessary documentation, sales collateral, tools needed to sell Sales and activity tracking of CSR's as well as leads and outcomes Actively maintains recruitment pipeline for team and participates in hiring and termination process wherever necessary Recommends, implements, and follows up on corrective action plans that any team member is currently on Prepare and deliver necessary reports to management and others that reflect current and accurate results and outcomes from the CSR team
Required Qualifications:Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required4+ years outside Medicare sales and territory management experience requiredMedicare sales experience in the Dual SNP space highly preferredPrevious experience in a coaching or team lead capacity highly preferredAbility to manage a team virtuallyLife and Health License for the state of New Mexico requiredMarket analysis and budget skills preferredMust have access to a dependable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license for the state of NM.Must be able to communicate effectively, written and verballyMust be willing to travel as required within territories of Community Sales RepsBilingual a plusUnitedHealthcare Community & State is part of the family of companies that make UnitedHealth Group one of the leaders across most major segments of the US health care system.
