Coordination of travel and accommodation
Formatting and editing Word documents and Powerpoint
Assisting HR with the onboarding and set up of new staff
Setting up meeting, conference calls and video conference calls
Meeting minutes; prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings
Expenses and invoice support
What do you need to succeed? Must-have
Administrative and organisational experience
Some prior experience in the Banking and Financial sector
