The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a PantherExpress System Solutions, Support Administrator. This position performs the required maintenance and administrative functions within and for the PantherExpress Internet Procurement System (IPS). There will be a strong focus on customer service activities from working with system users, University departments, PantherExpress Customer Service, and Payment Processing. This position also supports the Strategic Sourcing department in creating reports for quarterly supplier reviews, and monthly IPS spend reports.
There will be a strong emphasis on working in the PantherExpress system to create and maintain user profiles and department approval setups as well as to perform other daily system administrative tasks.
This position requires a Bachelor's degree or completion of business program, and a minimum of 3 years of working with Microsoft Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Access, and Word products to analyze data and prepare reports from that data.
Customer service skills are required. The incumbent must show the ability to work well with a broad range of people.
The incumbent must possess the ability to take direction and work independently to meet daily and project related goals.
The incumbent must have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively through writing, conversation, and presentation.

Customer Service Skills 3 to 5 years customer service experience. Ability to work well with a broad range of people.
A minimum of 3 years working with computers, web browsers, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word and Publisher.
Child Protection Clearances
The following PA Act 153 clearances and background checks may be required prior to commencement of employment and as a condition of continued employment: PA State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance.
