And you'll do your life's best work.(sm) We currently have an exciting opportunity in our MSLA operations group to serve as a Workforce Planner/Business Analyst. This unique role can be based in Cypress, CA or in the Tampa, FL office. The Workforce Planner prepares and produces work volume and staffing forecast dashboards, as well as comparative data on results vs. forecasts, identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends solutions. This position provides workforce management scheduling and load balancing requirements for work peaks and valleys. Workforce planner makes adjustments and recommendations for optimizing scheduling to maximize service and quality. Primary Responsibilities:Analyzes and develops weekly recommendations for scheduling and uses staffing requirements, call center and operations schedules to determine required staffing levels to ensure the organization's ability to meet operational commitments. Creates reports and dashboards on historical data and forecasting results from applicable systems. Creates integrated database tracking tools for staffing shrinkage patterns (vacation, sick, training, etc.) to optimize staffing forecasts. Analyzes data and recommends talent management solutions for implementation. Maintains holiday patterns forecasts to ensure effective coverage for holidays.
Required Qualifications:5 years of workforce management experience (i.e. responsible for scheduling, call volume monitoring and adjusting, determining and communicating work schedules and resources for call queues, consulting with call operations, etc), preferably in a high-demand production environment. (*or 5 years as a Business Analyst) Intermediate level of Microsoft Office proficiency Intermediate or advanced Excel skills for creating and running large scale reports and dashboards Must be able to work in either Cypress, CA or Tampa, FL offices High school diploma and 5 years+ equivalent work experiencePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree desired Experience using software to build and maintain complex forecasting models Experience with financial principles and using numbers and data to tell a story Ability to thrive in a fast paced and growing environment with a "start-up" culture and energyIf the hired individual resides in Florida (office based or telecommuting) this position requires the AHCA Level II background check (fingerprinting) by the State of Florida for all clinicians that have direct face to face contact with members OR employees who will have access to confidential patient data and will require renewal every five years.
