Join us and start doing your life's best work.SMPrimary Responsibilities:Review configuration ticket (TeamTrack ticket) content and Configuration Summary to ensure correct approach has been followed and documented to achieve desired claim outcome, unit testing is appropriate, and is adherent to all SOP'sProvide feedback to analyst on configuration or SOP failsMeet TAT and quality goals as establishedSuggest process improvements and ideas for increasing efficiency while improving quality and customer satisfactionUtilize internal resources and tools (such as macros) to ensure work is completed accurately the first time – reducing rework and quality errorsFollow appropriate protocol for utilizing performance tools such as Lighthouse and DAA
Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GED5+ years of Facets Plan configuration experience4+ years benefit configuration experienceWorking knowledge of end to end benefits systems applications and downstream impactsExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook. Word - Create Correspondence and work within templates. Excel - Data Entry, Sort / filter, work within tables, V - Lookups, Pivot Tables, utilize formulas. Outlook - email and calendar management.Preferred Qualifications:Facets claim processing experienceAbility to use SQL or Microsoft Access to query Facets back - end tablesTriZetto FACETS certification or other FACETS certificationSubject Matter Expert with FACETS, CSP FACETSPrior training / mentoring experience with FACETS configurationMedicare or Medicaid administration experienceCareers with UnitedHealthcare.
