Provide technical strategy to solve complex and/or critical business issues and processes with particular emphasis on Salesforce design and configuration integrations. Primary Responsibilities: Define technical architecture for the Salesforce environment.Validate architecture and design to support business value of Agile stories.Promote reusability of functionality within Salesforce platform, including integration components.Identify, communicate, and manage risks that may interfere with project execution or success.Provide technical architecture strategy and guidance for Salesforce rollouts, and assist with design for adoption strategy.Manage technical issues and serve as the technical authority for team members throughout issue resolution. Work effectively on multiple assignments, activities, and projects.Leading and contributing to design sessions, and promoting superior design alternatives.Maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to cloud, accessibility, usability, mobile, and emerging technologies. Keep team members informed as appropriate for incorporating these issues and trends in future projects and staying ahead of the market.Obtain and maintain a working knowledge across applications, customers, and business units across multiple business capabilities including Growth, Marketing, Contracting, and Billing.Support the full project life cycle using Agile methodologies, including analysis, design, development, delivery, and post-delivery
Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or 5+ years of equivalent experience 5 years of hands-on Salesforce.com experience in the areas of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Workflows, Mobile, APIs, and integration to enterprise systems. 3 years of strong technical leadership and ability to command respect at all levels of the organization.3 years Experience with large scale system implementation, integration, interfaces and data conversion3 years Experienced in using Agile methodologies 2 years experience in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Minimum 6 months experience with Salesforce CPQSalesforce certifications: Force.com developer, Salesforce AdministratorPreferred Qualifications: Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
