Primary Responsibilities:Being the primary business owner and contact for all TennCare PBM Program "On Request Reports" via HCFA's Team Track system, along with all requests from other HCFA departments related to State Comptroller audits, CMS audits, internal audits, or Program Integrity auditsResponsible for delivery to the State all TennCare PBM Program deliverables required by this ContractThe Contract Manager shall also perform similar duties for the CoverRx and CoverKids PBM ProgramsGenerally work is self-directed and not prescribedWorks with less structured, more complex issuesServes as a resource to othersWorks closely with the OptumRx Account Director
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field or equivalent work experience4+ years of experience in writing business and / or system requirements and business / finance analysis2+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects and deadlinesIntermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications:Medicaid Fee for Service or Medicaid Managed Care experiencePBM or Healthcare Industry experienceImplementation experience2+ years of MS Project, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and VisioClient facing or clinical account management experienceAnalytical skills Careers with OptumRx.
