Responsible for supporting business development, achieving new sales target and revenue of existing large corporate/ multinational clients.
Enhance client base by generating additional revenues as mandated.
Target prospecting on key new revenue opportunities for both treasury management and trade.
Improvement customer satisfaction and sales effectiveness through;
Viewed as an advisor and subject matter expert that adds value to the relationship
Bring new ideas, solutions and products to the clients
Highly professional production of proposals and presentations within customer deadlines
Understands the bank, process and procedures and how to get things done
Prepare client proposals and presentations and work with Key Business Partners to develop solutions
Make calls on key clients and working with other partners in the group, develop solutions to client needs and endeavour to cross-sell the Bank's full product suite
Maintain strong and open internal dialogue with relationship, product and in country teams to the benefit of the clients.
Work with regional team both sales and products on regional RFP.
Working with corporate bank partners prepare and maintain account plans for key clients and establish a disciplined process for review and action against the plans.
Relevant sales or relationship management experience within a top tier international bank
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong inter-personal and organizational skills
Able to successfully develop and maintain collaborative working relationships
Relevant cash and trade finance product experience within a top tier international bank
Bachelors degree education
Strong financial skills
Knowledge of Corporate Treasury functions
Knowledge of tax and regulatory environments in the country
