Position Description Main point of contact for Japan based Clients for valuation related queries within BAML across Derivatives and Fixed Income products. Candidate must be on hand to offer Client service and deal with all Client queries and manage the relationships between our Clients and internal BAML departments. Directly interacting with Clients on a daily basis, you will be the main point of contact for clients on all valuation issues and will act as Client advocate within BAofML to ensure all clients' needs are met.
Delivering daily, weekly and monthly valuation statement to Clients
Timely response to client queries regarding the valuation statement
Liaising with Sales, Trader, Valuation groups in other regions to ensure timely delivering of valuation statement
Liaising with System Support to resolve valuation system issue
Presentable, confident and client focused. Client facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confident manner.
Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience.
Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
Ability to liaise with sales, traders both in Japan and other regions.
