Position Description The F&O Reconciliations team manages the various reconciliations related to the F&O business in APAC
Perform T+1 reconciliation between firms' books and CCPs/3rd party brokers
Perform various T+1 intercompany reconciliations
Perform various fee reconciliations
Manage various bank reconciliations
Perform GL vs Sub-GL reconciliations
Perform client money calculations
Perform breaks investigation, follow up and escalation as per firm's procedures
Ensure various reporting requirements like breaks reporting and client monies reporting are adhered to
Ensure established procedures and policies are adhered to
Able to communicate effectively peer to peer and Senior Management
Independent and self-motivated to deliver, ability to deal with a wide scope of demands of the role
Prior experience in reconciliations as per the above Responsibilities a requirement
Prior experience within Futures & Options preferred
Additional cross product exposure such as OTC, Prime Brokerage and Repo Margining would be advantageous
