Position Description The Network Management function resides within the Global Technology & Operations area and acts as representatives for all the business units clearing, custody, settlement and payments needs therein. The Control Teams responsibility is to ensure the Network Managers are ensuring are third parties employed to provide these services are "fit for purpose" and are continually monitored through various department risk assessments, surveys, adherence to service levels and through day to day interaction. The control team specialist will be ensuring consistency of these assessments, surveys and service reviews through standardizing procedures, performing QA.
Day to day support and control functions of the Network Managers through reviews of due diligence, scoring of due diligence, providing metrics, escalating issues around control functions.
Working alongside the current Network Managers and team, they co-ordinate and report to senior leaders around our the third parties employed to provide services are "fit for purpose" and are continually monitored through various department risk assessments, surveys, adherence to service levels and through day to day interaction.
The Control function within the Network Management team is responsible for correct cost management through robust allocation and reporting, MIS, external scorecard and due diligence co-ordination alongside the production of governance reports, robust QA (quality assurance) processes.
Able to communicate effectively peer to peer and Senior Management
Independent and self-motivated to deliver, ability to deal with a wide scope of demands of the role
Prior experience in Vendor Network Management as per the above Responsibilities a plus
