We are seeking a Technology Relationship Manager to join BFS at Macquarie. Based in Sydney, you will manage specific technology partner relationships to achieve the best outcomes for the organisation, and drive new opportunities and solutions where possible.
Key responsibilities include:
maintain a view of operational, development and strategic opportunities across partners and manage initiatives through the relevant teams for prioritisation and execution.
run the partner governance process including the internal SLA review board, to ensure both technology and business SLAs are discussed with internal stakeholders and any corrective action/service improvement plans developed and agreed ahead of reporting to our external partners
oversight of monthly SLA performance reporting across a variety of partners to ensure all reports receive adequate stakeholder review and are delivered on schedule.
Implementing appropriate strategies and processes internally to ensure partner SLAs are met and SLA penalties are minimised and client satisfaction is increased through survey results.
assist with risk identification and analysis with regard to partner relationships and ensure appropriate attention is given to eliminating risks to Macquarie.
measuring, monitoring and reporting on customer satisfaction and performance and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
maintaining partner relationships to ensure compliance with agreed contractual terms/obligations.
develop, own and maintain a forward looking roadmap which aligns the strategic technology priorities of Macquarie and our partners
To be successful in this role you ideally are able to:
consider the future needs of the business and how the partner contributes to its strategy.
foster two-way dialogue on strategic matters to facilitate alignment and strategy convergence.
initiate productive dialogue, provide feedback and demonstrate empathy and good listening skills.
develop knowledge of current trends/movements in BFS business and technology and apply to the management of Macquarie's partners to drive improved business outcomes.
demonstrate capability in the management of partners with proven ability to identify and assess pain points in the partnership and prioritise and deliver on improvement opportunities.
present complex problems concisely to both internal and external stakeholders and formulate, agree and communicate the appropriate remediation actions and plans.
