J.G. Management Co, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to manage all aspects of building operations for a portfolio of office & retail properties.
Responsibilities: •Oversee day-to-day operations. •Supervise vendors and engage in negotiations for contract bidding. •Supervise tenant improvement and capital improvement projects. •Prepare annual operating budgets. •Perform property site inspections. •Accounts payable and receivable. •Negotiate leases/renewals and supervise outside brokers. •Review monthly financial reporting and prepare financial narratives to ownership. •Review and prepare operating expense reconciliations. •Administrate and enforce commercial leases. •Others duties as assigned.
Requirements: •Minimum of 3 years of property management experience. •California Real Estate License. •Strong oral and written communication skills. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
