The Job and What Will Challenge You Every Day
Lead and oversee all aspects of chapter services.
Develop and manage regional vice presidents to support, strengthen, and manage our chapters.
Manage activities associated with regional vice presidents including recruiting, training, and coaching.
Strategize with the Regional Vice President Committee to determine the key deliverables and design of our regional meetings.
Lead efforts related to classroom course administration, delivery, and management.
Establish and monitor a centralized chapter communication strategy and plan.
Identify opportunities to increase chapter profitability and success.
Develop and manage chapter education and training programs.
Provide direction and support to as well as manage the contributions of the chapter services manager and chapter services liaison.

What We Need From You
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 7 years of experience, preferably in an association environment along with 2 years of experience in a supervisory/team lead role. You will also need to think critically and analytically, be confident developing and monitoring budgets, and excel at presenting ideas and delivering presentations. This role also requires travel--approximately 6 times per year (20 days per year).
