This established women's primary care clinic was opened in 2012. It is active and thriving under current management. Provider/owner of this LLC would like to sell/transfer ownership in the very near future. She would consider practicing under new ownership/administration if feasible. We are located in a small rural community in Alaska with hospital system and native clinic. Diagnostics for referrals are completed through the hospital system, we are not currently contracting in any way with the hospital, it is an option. The clinic is primary care including gyn, family planning, mental health counseling, basic lab draw station and pain management. Referrals to in and out of community specializations are utilized including Orthopedics, Dental, Pain Management Consults, GI and Endocrinology referrals for liason care. There are 3 employees plus the Provider: the Office Technician/Reception, The office accountant and an office bookkeeper. None of them are currently FTE. Current office location centralized, readily accessible, assume lease is an option. Basically walk in and setup to go. Active client numbers approximately 400+. Most all insurances are covered except Medicare at this point in time.
