We seek an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Executive Director. Responsibilities will include:
assisting with scheduling meetings, both for the Executive Director and the Board of Directors;
maintaining electronic and paper files;
taking meeting minutes;
running errands locally as needed; and
assisting with donor and VIP recognition events.

The successful candidate will have a BA/BS and at least three years of senior administrative experience, including experience reporting to an executive or other comparable individual. Must have experience drafting correspondence and taking meeting minutes. Other qualifications include a valid driver’s license, strong knowledge of MS Office, excellent verbal and written communication skills, sense of tact and diplomacy, superb organization and time management skills, keen sense of confidentiality, and an appreciation for diversity. Nonprofit experience a plus. Offer of employment contingent upon a pre-employment drug test.
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
