Entry level position providing assistance to faculty/fellows with data and file storage for clinical studies.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist PI/Postdoc fellow with preparation of Study experimental materials
Transferring files to appropriate server on a routine basis
Review study database to make sure all data has been entered
Observe how to run scripts from image processing under PI and Postdoc
Provide the testing questionnaires to study participants when they arrive for appointment
Provide routine data entry ensuring accuracy and completeness
High school diploma; Some college, knowledge of scripting language and/or coding exposure
Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics degree preferred
Fluency with scientific programming languages (Python, MATLAB)
Unix shell-scripting environments (csh/bash)
Familiarity with statistical packages (e.g., R,), and psychological testing tools (Eprime, psychtoolbox)
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated technical ability including effective skills in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
The hiring range for this position is commensurate with experience.
