Tenet Healthcare is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst for their downtown Dallas corporate office and their regional office in Coral Springs, FL. The Sr Compensation Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support to multiple hospitals, outpatient facilities and/or physician practices in the design, implementation and monitoring of compensation programs for union and non-union employee groups. Collects and analyzes both internal and external salary/wage data, assists in the design and modification of salary structures, researches and reviews compensation policies and practices, and provides general compensation support to operations management. In addition, may have project management responsibility for departmental projects such as premium pay, annual competitive review process, union bargaining, ePRISM, or other special projects.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of compensation experience in the following areas: job analysis, competitive assessment (base, premium and ancillary pay), and pay program design, implementation and administration for a large multi-unit, multi-state organization preferribly in healthcare.
Experience analyzing and administering compensation for employees covered under collective bargaining agreements desired.
Advanced spreadsheet and database skills using Microsoft Excel and Access required. Mercer ePrism experience a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state and local regulations regarding compensation programs
Certified Compensation Professional designation preferred
