Bachelor's degree and / or equivalent experience / training.
Demonstrated knowledge and application of the theories in counseling, learning, human and career development.
Experience in enhancing students' intellectual and personal growth and development, including critical thinking, effective communication, self-appraisal, self-esteem, clarification of values, appropriate career choices, and leadership.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills including the ability to make effective group presentations; to describe programs; provide information with clarity; and to communicate professionally, effectively and respectfully with people of different levels of positions and from different racial, ethnic, socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds and lifestyles.
Experience applying the methodologies used to enhance student achievement with the ability to analyze outcomes, manage multiple activities, set priorities and follow through to completion.
