Position Overview Monitors and assists region and branch personnel with entomology and technical support in the investigation and resolution of customer complaints, damage claims and assists in the mediation of regulatory and customer complaints to claims utilizing the appropriate monitoring tools and programs.
Provides, monitors, assists, region and branch personnel with entomology and technical support in the investigation/resolution of customer complaints and damage claims.
Acts as Subject Matter Expert in development of continuing education with regard to changes in regulations, standards, service techniques, equipment, company policy and procedures.
Provides ongoing education to regions and branches of standards, protocols and best practices in the execution of all service lines.
Monitors and supports the region, branch and service managers on servicing special, commercial, and national accounts.
Investigates, tests and approves new technical standards, protocols and practices.
Partners with members of service and Regulatory and Technical team(s) to develop, implement, and improve integrated company product and service programs for customers using a composite of techniques including physical, chemical, mechanical, and biological methods.
Develops and provides training materials, communication channels, and programs to ensure compliance with company and customer service standards.
Participates in applicable industry-related agencies and best practice meetings and disseminates the information to division, regional and branch employees.
Ensures and monitors compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including company quality standards.
Conducts branch and in-field quality assurance audits. Maintains standards through periodic and ad-hoc inspection.
Mediates regulatory and customer complaints and claims utilizing the appropriate tools. Provides expert technical guidance in resolving customer complaints and claims.
Provides technical assistance in sales, service, and customer relations. Provides technical service support on critical sales proposals or accounts.
Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Urban and structural pest control experience preferred; familiarity with food safety standards, and third party audit preferred
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to obtain and maintain state pest control license(s) and certification(s)
Ability to maintain valid driver's license
Skill with computers and software
Skill in instruction/training
Skill in basic mechanical operation of equipment
Willingness to relocate and travel up to 60% of the time
