The Assistant Director of Player Development will be responsible for designing and implementing a training program that revolve around strength, conditioning and weight training to improve strength, speed/agility, power, nutrition, recuperation and rehabilitation of athletes. The Assistant Director also advise and train student-athletes on making healthy food choices and oversee the athletes' workouts, practices and games.

2 years of experience in the area of strength and conditioning with one year at the collegiate level. USAW Club certification preferred.
