Key Role & Responsibilities 1. Support the remediation of client trust files, including: * Source of wealth corroboration * Tracking and reporting updates * Discussing issues & updates on a daily call * Project management support as required 2. Support the Indonesian Tax Amnesty review, including: * Follow-ups to RMs to collect client responses * Obtaining required documentation * Tracking and reporting updates for the weekly Project Working Group * Project management support as required 3. Support the BPM team on various other ad hoc projects & deliverables, as required
Qualifications and Skills
Key Requirements * Experience in private banking, and demonstrated track record of performance * Knowledgeable regarding know your client and CDD standards (particularly source of wealth and source of funds) * Follow-up and persistence * Ability to think and execute project tasks in a structured manner * Good communication skills, both verbally as well as written * Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, including RMs, CSMs, BPM, SCTG, Control & Governance, and other project team members * Positive attitude and willingness to dive into the details * Make recommendations regarding increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the project * Ownership mentality for the tasks assigned
