The SPARGO Housing department assists our sophisticated clients with complex hotel services and we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manager housing services for multiple clients..
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organized and ability to multi-task
Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access)
User knowledge of internet applications
Excellent customer service and problem resolution experience
Meeting and conference management experience
Education and/or Experience:
4 to 5 years meeting or conference management/hotel experience or other related field preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Travel Required: 25%
