About the Department/Program/Center/Institute The Executive Education Center originated in Ann Arbor, MI, USA in 1935 and by the 1940’s was offering an array of courses, workshops, and conferences with an overwhelming response from corporations. Today, the Center offers approximately 30 different public program offerings and a variety of custom programs annually serving over 4,000 business executives around the world. Since the early 90’s we have had a presence in Hong Kong, Mumbai, and Barcelona. We deliver programs globally, wherever our corporate clients request.

Purpose This position coordinates the logistical details of Executive Education programs/events and provides on-site support to faculty and participants. The primary objectives are to ensure growth through program quality, customer satisfaction, and faculty satisfaction while contributing to team goals and meeting quality standards. This position reports to the Director of Corporate Learning.
Program Support of Open Enrollment, Custom and International Programs
Interact with program faculty/speakers regarding their program materials and logistic requirements in conjunction with Program Manager
Create and monitor timeliness/due dates for pre-read, program materials, and events and keep track of a variety of programs in different phases of readiness
Work with the Program Manager to ensure quality of all program materials (pre-reading assignments, notebook binder contents, handouts, etc.)
Arrange any special program logistics (tours, off-site dinners, etc)
Correspond with the appropriate units to ensure that the classroom space, audio-visual equipment, and other faculty-specific needs are functioning well and in place for each program
Work with internal/external vendors to obtain program materials and services
Monitor classroom set-up against specifications
Access quality of all logistical details performed by vendors and internal units (for example, the notebook preparation, the room set up, etc.) and take action to correct any elements that are not up to standard
Provide on-site support to ensure the success of program delivery (for example: troubleshooting classroom equipment, escorting participants to special activities, delivering guest service to participants, etc.)
Provide support in responding to needs of team members, office requests and questions
Assist with special projects as needed
Promote the EE portfolio/certificate options and other services including coaching, consulting and custom programs
Pass on leads for additional business opportunities to Professional Development, Business Development and Portfolio Managers.
Faculty Relationship Management
Develop quality faculty relationships related to logistics
Liaise with program management on program materials, logistics planning, Visa needs and delivery including development of content.
Act as liaison to the faculty during the program and provide relevant participant feedback on the content to program management
Serve as an Organizational Contributor
Participate in project relevant to the promotion and improvement of Executive Education/Ross School of Business including special project assignments.
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Strong organizational and planning skills; able to set priorities, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work well with executives, faculty, staff, and students.
Strong writing skills, able to communicate information clearly and concisely for executives, faculty, staff, and students.
Proficiency with MS Office and web maintenance.
Service oriented with ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Project management experience desirable.
M-Pathways experience and considerable knowledge of university policies and procedures is desired
1-2 years corporate experience is desired
Skills testing (may be) required.
