OneGuard is a brand of American Home Shield and is located in North Phoenix - 85027. The hours for this position is M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m with Saturday rotations as business needs require.
Job Responsibilities 1. Take inbound calls from customers regarding questions about warranty service and coverage and inquiries about open claims. 2. Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide claim status updates. 3. Work with the service provider to communicate status updates in a timely manner to the customer. 4. Make outbound calls to contractors to obtain information on the status of a work order. 5. Work in the Parts Continuance Queue by following up with contractors on work orders that are currently in 'Waiting on Parts' status. 6. Respond to emails from other departments regarding the status of open work orders. 7. Process home inspection reports accurately and efficiently. 8. Assist in communicating OneGuard's vision and quality service expectations with contractors during the 9. Claims Resolution Process. 10.Create an environment that is appealing and friendly to contractors.
Job and Education Requirements 1. Previous home warranty, contractor or construction experience is highly preferred. 2. 2+ years of customer service or quality assurance experience. 3. Service-oriented and collaborative team player with ability to work in a deadline-driven environment. 4. Empathetic, friendly and patient demeanor. 5. Strong attention to detail. 6. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. 7. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 8. High School Diploma or GED required.
