Reporting to the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) Supervisor, providing comprehensive administrative support for programs with the Graduate and Undergraduate Writing Program. Working in a fast-paced environment, coordinate a variety of activities with limited supervision, this position will provide data analysis, and support the program teams. Duties include: 1. Responsible for all aspects of hiring, managing and processing Undergraduate and Graduate Writing and Math and Science tutors, the residential college writing tutors and the Writing Partners within the Writing Center. 2. Synchronize student schedules. Approve timesheets. 3. Coordinate a variety of activities with limited supervision, provide data analysis, and support the project team. 4. Expense management, ordering supplies, maintaining inventory. 5. Develop and assemble meeting materials. Work with communications team to create and organize creative and easily accessible charts and flyers. 6. Primary contact for fellows and students' needs. 7. Track and monitor alumni database. Survey for long term outcomes. Collect and process evaluations. 8. Take initiative on assigned projects, prepare and help run programs. 9. Determine logistical needs for all events and meetings. Make room reservations, maintain RSVP lists, develop and synchronize itineraries, catering and transportation as necessary. 10. Execute special projects independently. 11. Provide cross coverage, back-up support to CTL Administrative staff and other duties as assigned. 12. Writing sample required at time of interview.

Working knowledge of Yale Financial and Business Systems (Oracle, SciQuest, START, Workday) and Filemaker Pro. Higher-education administrative experience.
Required Licenses Or Certifications:
Six years of related work experience, four of them in the same job family at the next lower level and a high school level education; or four years of related work experience and an Associate degree; or little of no work experience and a Bachelor degree in a related field; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
