We currently have an open term full time opportunity for a Client Operations Consultant to join QIC's Global Clients and Marketing team in Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and dedicated professional to join a supportive team and build a successful career for themselves.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering a high level of service and professionalism across all aspect of the client lifecycle to both internal and external clients. You will be responsible for contributing accurate qualitative information and the coordination, collation and timely distribution of client and consultant deliverables.
Specifically, your focus will be on;
Preparation, quality assurance and timely distribution of a wide range of client, fund and registry deliverables and asset consultant surveys.
Ensure timely responses to large number of internal and external client requests.
Preparation and distribution of financial year-end reports and audit requests.
Preparation of client on-boarding documentation, compliance checks and completion of account management.
Preparation and distribution of regulatory reports.
Maintenance of QIC Portal including establishment of access for both internal and external clients.
Maintenance of changes to client details/static data, process and administer in all relevant systems.
Provide assistance for internal and external audit.
Provide back up and support for the Client Operations Manager.
Documentation and maintenance of Client Operations process procedure.
The ideal candidate

You must also be able to demonstrate;
2+ years' experience in a Funds Management organisation.
Previous experience in a client services/reporting and deadline orientated work environment.
Previous experience in managing frequent client interactions.
Ability to resolve basic issues with the deliverables.
Highly motivated, demonstrates initiative and ability to "think, question and challenge".
Demonstrates proactive engagement with stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite (ie. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
