Your role Are you solution-oriented? Do you know how to come up with creative ideas for clients? We are looking for someone like that who can:
- work closely with Sales, Trading and both internal and external clients to encourage maximum co-operation and growth of our Foreign Exchange, Rates and Credit business through eCommerce - deliver electronic trading capabilities to UBS Foreign Exchange (FX) clients through our platforms and vendor solutions across the whole trade cycle (pre-trade, execution and post-trade). - drive new client acquisition across multiple client segments including but not limited to; Banks, Hedge Funds, Real Money and retail brokers and manage onboarding, maintenance and development of these relationships - manage and directly impact the prioritization of product development and enhancements.

Your team You'll be working in the eCommerce Sales team based in Hong Kong. The eCommerce team at UBS forms a cornerstone of our overall strategy and the eCommerce sales role is critical in every asset class for delivering our market leading offerings to our client base. We bring our clients access to industry-leading technology and platforms with the speed and flexibility to succeed in today's markets.
Your experience and skills You have: - a university degree in a finance-related field - a few years of experience, covering North Asia client segment (Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and China) with a proven sales experience, both inside and outside a banking environment - a good understanding of financial markets, products as such foreign exchange, precious metals; strategies and complex algorithms - business and client-focused solutions approach to sales, anticipating and satisfying client requirements, and contributing to future product design development - a good understanding of the core issues relevant to the Electronic Foreign Exchange business including regulatory - good existing client and industry network, and great networking skills - fluency in English and Mandarin in order to work with clients in North Asia
