PeaceHealth is seeking a Supervisor of Clinical Nursing for Orthopedics in Ketchikan, Alaska
The Supervisor of Clinical Nursing (Orthopedics) will monitor overall services, develop quality and performance indicators, and gather data for analysis that ensures continuous improvement to services as well as stewardship of resources.
PeaceHealth Ketchikan Medical Center employs 25 physicians and advanced practice clinicians. It has recently undergone a $60 million dollar hospital and medical group renovation, and having demonstrated exemplary performance in a variety of areas was named one of the top critical access hospitals in the United States. The PeaceHealth Medical Group was the only recipient in the state of Alaska to be awarded CMS HCIA and TCPI grants.
· Bachelors or Masters of Science degree from an accredited school of nursing, a
· Current unencumbered AK State RN license
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Orthopedic setting
· Passion to uphold PeaceHealth standards and serve the local healthcare community with excellence.
