Rollins College is seeking a tech support specialist to support the Information Technology structure within the Business and Finance Department. We will rely on you to maintain and update the Blackboard course management system and administer its functions (course creation, student enrollment and technical support) and collaborate with systems programmers for integration of Blackboard with other campus systems (i.e. Banner, Active Directory, Luminous, etc.). You will also maintain and update Mediasite, Kaltura, WordPress and WikiSpaces; manage and administer the eportfolio system; and manage Help Desk functions, including faculty and staff training.

Experience in a customer support role; technical experience with systems and/or media equipment desired
College degree preferred
Knowledge of major software packages used by Rollins College
