Providence is calling a Linen Aide (Laundry Services, On-Call Variable Shift, 0.0 FTE) to Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, Washington. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all – especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Receive clean dry linen from the processing plant.
Request additional linen or specialty items.
Unload bulk carts, transfer to exchange cartsStock patient rooms.
Move linen supply carts between loading dock, linen room and user departments.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Desire a small amount of experience, sufficient to acquire general familiarity with methods and terminology in commonplace work situations of the linen field; usually interpreted as between six (6) months and one (1) year of experience.
Ability to read and write.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
High school graduate or equivalency.
