The Loudoun County Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services seeks dynamic candidates to join a fast-paced team of mental health professionals who provide 24/7/365 access to crisis intervention and stabilization services, linking individuals in crisis, their families, and support systems to treatment options. Inter-agency collaboration with law enforcement, emergency departments, and a variety of other community agencies is vital. Emergency Services Clinicians are flexible in providing 24/7/365 services to the Loudoun County community, including: days, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, and county closures.
Successful candidates must possess specific education and training in the diagnosis/treatment of mental illnesses, substance use disorders, and intellectual/developmental disabilities, and excel in providing crisis intervention/stabilization services in a fast paced environment.

Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, or related human services field and three (3) years of related clinical experience.
