Description Program Coordinator in the department of Special Education. This position is Part-time working approximately 20 hours per week. Key Functions and Expected Performances: Coordinate all project development and research efforts. Coordinate recruitment of participations. Develop and manage a data collection system across all three sites. Coordinate data collection, entry, and analysis at the Vanderbilt site across phases. Organize, plan, and summarize focus groups and participant interviews. Make copies, PDFs, prepare letters, send faxes, arrange conference calls, and schedule meetings as required. Use the IRB database to manage grant details. Assist with the development of progress reports. Preferred Skills and Experiences: Two-five years of expertise in research or data management Strong team building, analytical, technical writing, and communications skills. Ability to assume lead role in project management. Strong computer skills. Experience working with IRB databases and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
