The Office of Admission seeks candidates to serve as the Assistant Director of International Admission to join our dynamic team of admission professionals. With guidance of supervisor, this individual will develop and implement recruitment strategies for international students that integrate with the overall recruitment strategy and continuous improvement plan for the University. The Assistant Director of Admission will work with the international team to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, both on and off campus, as well as develop communication strategies and lead strategic initiatives in their territory in order to create pathways for students to Drake. The individual will use data and information from reports to inform recruitment strategy regarding international students in their territory. Preferred qualifications include experience working in higher education or admission, experience working with international students, or experience working international markets, such as Asia, where transferrable skills would apply.

U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States to meet federal regulatory requirements for SEVIS access and to serve as a DSO.
Experience planning and executing recruitment events
Experience traveling or working abroad
