This Patient Accounts Supervisor position is responsible for:
Supervising the daily operations of the Patient Financial Services staff for all related functions of billing, collections, authorization and referrals.
Ensuring that all patient encounters are accurate and billed in a timely manner, by the most efficient means possible and according to the hospital's Credit and Collection Policy.
Overseeing the financial access processes and staff related to BCH International patient accounts.
To qualify you must have:
The level of knowledge typically acquired through completion of two years of occupationallyspecific education or an Associate's degree in Accounting, Business or a closely related field and two to three years experience.
The analytical skills to resolve complex problems requiring the use of technical principles and indepth, experiencedbased crossfunctional knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively deal with conflicting views and issues and mediate fair solutions.
The ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems and situations quickly and effectively.
Strong knowledge of overall Revenue Cycle Operations related to Healthcare.
